SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping With KYR

Read below for detailed information on shipping and processing times.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensure timely delivery.


We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Processing Time


For Standard Shipping please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. For Delivery please allow up to 2-3 days to receive your order. We may experience delays with processing and shipping, due to the increase in order volume. Once your order has been scanned into the shipping carrier's network an expected delivery date will be reflected.

Due to the nature of the items sold on the Kharm Your Roots platform all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchange. Kharm Your Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship your package, however, once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.


If the items you received are damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damaged or incorrect merchandise you have 72 hours after confirmed delivery date. Email customer service with the Defective Item(s) along with a description and photo of item(s). If this information is not received within 72 hours of receipt delivery of your order this disqualifies you from any possible refund, exchange or store credit.
