Karisma is a very motivated and driven entrepreneur. Although born and raised in a small town in North Carolina, where dreams and goals seemed limited, her heart's desire was to become her own boss. She also wanted to help revamp the idea of working alongside other women entrepreneurs, no matter how big or small the business. These desires became her vision, and has motivated her to push the idea that women can be collective entrepreneurs!
Karisma launched her first online beauty supply store, Kharm Your Roots, in October, 2019. Her goal is to partner with all women to bring small goals and dreams to a big reality.
Karisma is a woman after God's heart, wife, and mother of a precious daughter. She enjoys encouraging women and reminding them, "Things are possible if one believes".
Kharm Your Roots, founded in 2019, is an online beauty supply store that serves beauty needs for all hair types. Our ultimate goal is to leave all customers satisfied. In doing so, we want you to feel Kharming at the roots. “Kharm” is defined as the power or quality of giving delight or arousing admiration. With that our objective is to provide products that make you feel confident in your everyday stride.
Products that do not have the “Kharm Your Roots” Logo on them are not owned by the company, but by other Beauty Branders that are on our site.
Kharm Your Roots is striving to work collectively with all women and men to help build and brand their amazing products. We exist to make both the maintenance of hair and beauty simplified while also providing solutions to assist future brand makers with product distribution. With that Kharm Your Roots, LLC is fully committed in helping make your dreams more of a reality. In doing so, we are the host for your amazing creations. You create, We showcase. Shipping Policy and Information
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensure timely delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
For Standard Shipping please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. For Delivery please allow up to 2-3 days to receive your order.We may experience delays with processing and shipping, due to the increase in order volume. Once your order has been scanned into the shipping carrier's network an expected delivery date will be reflected.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the items sold on the Kharm Your Roots platform all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchange.Kharm Your Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship your package, however, once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
If the items you received are damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damaged or incorrect merchandise you have 72 hours after confirmed delivery date. Email customer service with the Defective Item(s) along with a description and photo of item(s). If this information is not received within 72 hours of receipt delivery of your order this disqualifies you from any possible refund, exchange or store credit.
